This silver tier course and goes into more detail than our Bronze course - Functional Health: The Basics course.

In this course, Dr Walker talks about the Functional Health Basics topics of addiction, genetics, the importance of exercise and nutrition as well as how fatigue and inflammation can impact our health.

We delve into topics such as obesity, cardio health, longevity and the importance of sleep to health. Included are more detailed videos on exercise, pilates, and yoga, breathing and meditation.

In this course we offer all the courses in Functional Health: The Basics, plus you get the following additional courses:

This section talks about obesity, cardio health, longevity and the importance of sleep to health.
Exercise, Pilates and Yoga
Learn about how to exercise your legs and core, learn beginner and advanced pilates, and learn about Pranayama yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Toga, Vinyasa Yoga,  and Kick boxing.
Food and Nutrition
You will learn a few recipes from our chef in Koh Samui including high protein smoothies and food as medicine. There is also a bonus interview on dengue fever treatments.
