This course is our second tier course and goes into more detail than Functional Health: The Basics course. Here Dr Walker talks about the Functional Health Basics topics of addiction, genetics, the importance of exercise and nutrition as well as how fatigue and inflammation can impact our health. We also delve into topics like obesity, cardio health, longevity and the importance of sleep to health. Be introduced to more detailed videos on exercise, pilates, and yoga, breathing and meditation.
